Delete Account

Request permanent deletion of your Farrides account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Once your deletion request is approved, your account and all associated data — including ride history, profile information, and saved preferences — will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
  • All ride and booking history
  • Saved preferences and settings
  • Push notification tokens and subscriptions
  • Any pending bookings will be cancelled

Enter the email address you used to register on the Farrides app.

How it works

  1. Submit your deletion request using the form above.
  2. Our team will review and verify your request.
  3. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 24-48 hours of approval.
  4. You will not receive any confirmation email after deletion as your data will be removed.

You can also request account deletion directly from the Farrides app under Profile > Delete Account.
