Delete Account

Request permanent deletion of your Farrides account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Once your deletion request is approved, your account and all associated data — including ride history, profile information, and saved preferences — will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Option 1 · Fastest

From the Farrides app

  1. Open the Farrides app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You can cancel the request from the same screen any time before it is processed.

Option 2

By email

Email us from the address registered on your account so we can verify it's you. Include your registered phone number.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
  • All ride and booking history
  • Saved preferences and settings
  • Push notification tokens and subscriptions
  • Any pending bookings will be cancelled

What happens next

  1. Our team reviews and verifies your request.
  2. Your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days — usually within 48 hours of approval.
  3. You will not receive a confirmation email after deletion, as your data will have been removed.

Some booking records may be retained where required by law (for example, for accounting or dispute resolution), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Drivers: driver records are tied to completed trips and settlements. Please email us from your registered address and we'll handle it directly.
